These are perfect for: backless,strapless wear , bras, summer tops, exercise wear and formal wear!

I bought these at the end of summer and wish I had them at the beginning. These are wonderful...no more bra straps. They definitely give the lift I need (especially after nursing 2 children) and they stay in place extremely well. It is easy to forget you are even wearing them!
I can't wait to try the perma-cups next year in my bikini top!
