What's cool for summer? Oprah's Show on 5/28

I happened to catch Oprah's show today and she was talking about what trends are happening this summer. A big trend is sunglasses. It was said rectangular, medium-sized sunglasses are extremely popular this season. It was also said that different sunglasses should be worn for different moods, kind of like shoes. The popular sunglasses mentioned were Coach and Sean John.

There were alot of items mentioned to wear to the beach and bring in your beach bag.

Visit Oprah's site to find out more about these summer trends...it was fun!!

Ingenious new nail polish (especially for busy gals!)

There's a new nail polish out. It is actually a nail brush that is a sheer, sparkling ONE-COAT manicure that goes on in less than a minute and dries in 10 SECONDS!!! It is like a lip gloss for your nails. I would love to try it, but the only drawback is that it is $23. Maybe we can find it cheaper on eBay.

What is it? YSL Nail Touch Nail Lacquer Pen at Saks Fifth Avenue.

If anyone tries it, please let me know how it works...haven't decided if I want to make the investment in this one yet!

Latest Trend: Jelly Shoes!

Not so sure about this trend!!! Plastic shoes are having a comeback!! It reminds me of 8th grade! Some of these trends that come around again I have a hard time with, but you never know...I might give in. One cute affordable pair ($29) is by Amy Jo Gladstone in silver at www.flipfloptrunkshow.com. The 80's are back!

Infiniti Hair Designer by Conair Tourmaline Ionic Love it!

Just thought I would blog about a hairdryer I just bought: Infiniti Hair Designer by Conair.

It actually dries my hair in less than half the time. When I dried my hair straight with it, my hair was shiny (used to be frizzy, then I would have to use a flat iron. ) It has the comb right on it, so no more need to have hairdryer in one hand and brush in the other.

I also tried the dryer with curly hair and it works great as a diffuser and still dries my hair extremely fast!

I love this hairdryer!

Here are a couple places to find it:
